Hotel staffs was very good and very helpful. Hotel was close to Central Station. It was also very close to the Amsterdam famous shooping mall and other shops.This hotel was also good because it was located near by the city road, the taxi can drop you easily very colse to the hotel.
Hotel wooden floor make me not very confortable especially when people entering next room and top of your room you can heard people walking, it was very noisy and I can't sleep very well, luckily I was only staying for one night and next morning I was leaving very early to the airport. It is also may be depend where is location of your room, if you are lucky you may be enjoy your stay without any problem

Perfectly clean hotel, truly enjoyed to be just off tram and buses as well as all the restaurants and shopping center thanks to top location. The breakfast selection was hot and plentiful with great coffee and fruits and a hot option of eggs. The staff were very professional, everything was perfectly fine.

friendly and smily staff, very positive imprtovement to my stay 7 or 8 years ago. Nice breakfest as well.
Waking up in the morning I've found a wood-louse on my pillow. Luckily it was the only one that I discovered.

I.ve stayed here before. Excellent location for bus/rail connections. Good clean hotel in central location. Nice selection at breakfast. Staff very friendly and informative. Will book here again next year.

Location close to the central station (5 minutes). Boiler in the room.
We booked a twin room and got a tiny triple room. Our room (131) faced a main avenue and there was a lot of street/traffic noise. Staff at the reception showed minimum politeness.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with the breakfast being a good continental spread and fast Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.
